  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • For made-to-order or handcrafted items, processing time may be 5–10 days, depending on product availability.

You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is shipped.

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Bluedart
  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • Ecom Express

Our delivery partners may vary depending on your location.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling fee.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes.
  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details for timely delivery.
  • Orders may be verified via call or SMS before dispatch.

6. Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number and courier details will be sent via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

If tracking information does not update within 48 hours, contact us for assistance.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Pincode
  • Active phone number

are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier partner will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.
  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

Re-delivery may incur extra shipping charges.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
  • Natural disasters
  • Political disturbances
  • Strikes
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
  • Courier operational issues

However, we always support you and will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve such situations.
