1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items not eligible for return:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale
  • Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, photos/videos of the product, and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (available for select pin codes) or request you to ship the item back to us.

Note: Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Refund exceptions:
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are refunded as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If an item is returned used or damaged, no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:
  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items received

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size/design is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded within 3–5 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide unboxing video/photos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

7. Non-Delivery or Lost Shipment

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered:
  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement after verifying with the courier partner.
