🕐 Shipping Timelines

  • We ship orders within 2–4 working days of receiving them.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders with more than 5 products or items on Pre-Order may take longer to process.
  • During festive seasons, sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be affected.

🔄 Returns & Exchange — Our Policy

  • We do not offer monetary refunds on any product sold.
  • You may exchange the product for another piece from our collections, or receive a credit note of the full purchase value.
  • Credit notes are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
  • Orders below INR 1,000 in value are not eligible for return or exchange.

✋ A Note on Our Handmade Products

  • Every Chhutkan piece is crafted with handmade care — slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are a natural part of the process.
  • These are not flaws — they are what make your child’s piece truly one of a kind.

📩 Raising a Concern

  • For issues such as a wrong item, size concern, or damaged piece — raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
  • Write to us at chhutkan271310@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Nature of the concern
    • Photographs where applicable

📦 Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original packaging and invoice must be intact.
  • Chhutkan reserves the right to assess whether the returned item is in saleable condition before approving an exchange.
  • Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping & Pickup for Returns

  • We can arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.
  • Two-way shipping charges of INR 150 (flat) will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified by pin code.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs where the customer chooses to self-ship.
  • For returns valued above INR 1,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — Chhutkan will not be responsible for loss of products in transit.

🚫 Exemptions — Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Cart value below INR 1,000
  • Products already exchanged once
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Custom orders, Pre-Orders, embroidered pieces, and made-to-order garments
  • Requests that do not meet our policy criteria — Chhutkan reserves the right to decline such returns.
